How do I get started?
Select the type of garments you would like from our Showroom samples and catalogues or, visit the Garments section of our website. Or, you may already know what type of garments you need and are simply looking for a quote. Determine your budget and approximately how many garments you will need. Then bring us or e-mail your idea or logo and we will help you go from there.

 

DIGITIZING - Digitizing is the art of turning graphic images (logo’s) into a digital format that in turn drives today’s embroidery machines. There is a one time fee for digitizing the logo. We provide you with a “sew-out” of your logo for your approval. The image is then entered into our database for repeat orders. Digitized artworks are for in-house use only. We do not supply disks.

 

Things to consider.
There are limitations to embroidery. Fabrics are not a stable substrate. The size and thickness of text is a major consideration.  Density of the stitching and size of design also has to be considered when embroidering onto various fabrics. Physical size to which you want your logo to be embroidered. A logo embroidered on the left chest area will cost much less then a logo embroidered large on the back. We will assist and make recommendations for you to insure that your embroidered garments are second to none.

 

What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is 12 garments. As you can see there is quite a bit of initial time and effort involved. Therefore it is too costly and time consuming to provide "One-off" items such as a birthday gifts or retirement gifts. We only embroider on garments that are supplied by us. We do not do single items.

 

How does pricing work?
Pricing depends on the amount of stitches a design has.  Solid pattern designs such as squares, ovals, triangles use more stitches than items such as lines.  Of course the size of the design also is a factor.  The bigger the design the more stitches it encompasses therefore the longer the garment is on the machine being embroidered.  Typically a left chest design will run between $5.00 to $10.00.  A full back design runs between $30.00 to $60.00.  For more exact pricing please e-mail us your logo and we will provide you with an estimate.

 

How long does an order take?
Embroidery orders are completed in approximately 10-12 working days from start to finish. Larger as well as complex jobs could take longer. If you need your order for a specific date, we strongly advise you to submit your order at least 10-12 days prior to your required delivery date. All work is done in-house.

 

In what format do you require the artwork?
We except files in the following formats: ai, eps, pdf, tiff & jpeg. We will not except files that have a low resolution. Our embroiderer will review your artwork and consult with you to ensure that the design is feasible for embroidery. If necessary, we will discuss with you specific changes that could be made to get the most benefit out of embroidering with your original design concept.

 

What methods of payment do you accept?
All orders are custom therefore require a 50% deposit before your order can be processed. Your order will only be processed once a deposit has been submitted. The balance of your order is due on receipt. We accept payment in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Debit, Check or Cash.
